More than 1,100 severe-weather reports were logged as forecasters warned of another heavy-rain event Friday evening.

- The National Weather Service received more than 1,100 reports of large hail, winds above 60 mph, and tornadoes from Monday through Wednesday, prompting Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers to declare a state of emergency earlier this week.
