The technical director of the Tour d'Espagne, Kiko Garcia, said on Thursday that there is a real risk that other events will disrupt the competition if the Israeli-Premier Tech (IPT) team, which belongs to the Israeli-Canadian businessman Sylvan Adams and for which the Quebecer Pier-André Côté continues the race.
