KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, JUL 10 – Historic flash floods caused the Guadalupe River to rise over 20 feet in hours, leaving 27 dead at Camp Mystic and over 150 missing in Kerr County, Texas, officials said.
- The National Weather Service issued a catastrophic flood warning at 4:03 a.m. as the Guadalupe River rose 20 feet within three hours after the initial alert at 1:14 a.m.
