Seven North Country communities receive Climate Smart grants - Adirondack Almanack

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) announced $22.7 million in  grant awards for 43 projects as a part of its Climate Smart Communities program to help local municipalities take action to address climate change.
