Montano followed the server inside, brandished a handgun, and assaulted her until she fought back, escaped, and alerted coworkers who detained him until deputies arrived.
Montano was arrested on multiple charges, including second-degree kidnapping, assault by strangulation, unlawful confinement, threats of harm, and illegal weapons use, and is currently held on a $100,000 cash bond.
