‘Serious incident’ in Downtown Vancouver under investigation
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, JUL 20 – Vancouver Police seek witnesses and dash-cam footage to identify suspects after a fatal stabbing following a violent altercation near Robson Square, police said.
