An incident that caused concern in terms of food safety occurred in the Pamukova district of Sakarya. It was determined that a business collected kashar cheese that was expired or about to expire, reprocessed it and put it on the market. During the raid, 5 tons of expired kashar cheese worth approximately 1.5 million lira was seized.

A surprise operative in a supermarket in the city of La Paz revealed an alarming health situation: 2,952 kilos of bad food were seized, many of them with adulterated labels and in unhealthy conditions.
