Serious collision shuts down Highway 63 southbound north of Fort McMurray
FORT McMURRAY — Wood Buffalo RCMP say officers are on scene of a serious motor vehicle collision involving two semi trucks on Highway 63. Police say the crash happened in the southbound lanes near mile marker 163 in the Chard area, several kilometres north of the northbound Algar Tower rest stop. Highway 63 southbound is closed until further notice, and traffic is being diverted. RCMP are asking the public to avoid the area and follow directions…
