Tomer Cohen, 40, from Netanya, is accused of stealing from several Victory chain branches - including in Ra'anana, Kfar Saba and Haifa. One of the incidents occurred after he was arrested and questioned, while violating the house arrest he was under. According to the charges: He stole vacuum cleaners of well-known brands, and coffee worth hundreds of shekels.
