The High Court of Xustiza de Galicia (TSXG) has estimated the appeal filed by a woman and has condemned Sergas to compensate her for 90,000 euros after having removed her uterus and fallopian tubes, in a "disproportionate and blind therapeutic decision", as they did not give her the relevant evidence and such intervention proved unnecessary.
