The European Union welcomed the decision of nine non-member countries to agree to restrictive measures against Belarus, Kaya Kalas, the EU's high representative for foreign policy and security, announced today, the media reported.
In July, the EU Council decided to introduce restrictive measures against Belarus.
Serbia has not agreed with the EU measures against Belarus, while other countries are harmonizing their policies with the decisions of the EU Council on additional sanctions.
