Sentri Security Expands Operations to Support Fort Worth Mixed-Use Development Surge
The company says its zone-based coverage cut complaints by about 60% in the first month at one Near Southside property.
Sentri Security expanded its Fort Worth operations to support mixed-use developments combining residential, retail, and dining spaces under a single security model.
Fort Worth in 2026 differs significantly from five years ago, as the Near Southside, West 7th, and Stockyards expanded with mixed-use projects that don't fit traditional single-purpose security models.
"Mixed-Use properties are harder to secure than many developers expect," a Sentri Security spokesperson said, noting the firm provides coverage designed around varying tenant needs and twenty-four-hour activity.
After a Near Southside client faced complaints about noise and foot traffic, Sentri restructured coverage by zone and time block, reducing complaint volume by about 60% in the first month.
The expanded operation spans four primary coverage zones tuned to twenty-four-hour cycles, with directly employed staff maintaining training consistency across residential, retail, and late-night closeout assignments.
