Val's brands claim to have used diplomatic passport to enter the United States, where holidays are held with the family since Thursday evening (23/7).
Marcos of Val opposed Minister Alexandre de Moraes' decision and left the country with a diplomatic passport.
In an official note, the MP stated that he traveled “with all diplomatic documentation and fully regular console” and said that the country's exit was informed in advance of the STF, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Federal Senate.
The senator had the passport retained by Moraes, but he remained with the diplomatic passport's possession
