Rubén Rocha Moya and Enrique Inzunza came in confidence to testify in Culiacán, territory controlled by the cartels, in offices linked to Deputy Prosecutor Dámaso Castro, accused of receiving bribes from 'Los Chapitos'.

Rocha Moya and Inzunza presented themselves to the Prosecutor’s Office of Sinaloa. They say they were interrogated in Culiacán, but it was at the same offices where Damaso Castro Zaavedra, the former deputy prosecutor who is accused of receiving $11,000 a month in exchange for giving bits of the operations and giving protection to “Los Chapitos” was dispatched.
