The Senate Constitution, Regulation and Foreign Relations Committee will evaluate on Friday, October 9, the opinion adopted by the plenary of the Chamber of Deputies that proposes to delegate legislative powers to the executive branch in matters of citizen security and to the El Niño Phenomenon.
