Sen. Lisa Murkowski addresses Alaska Legislature

U.S. Sen. Lisa Murkowski will addressed a joint session of the Alaska Legislature Tuesday morning. The Alaska Legislature has a tradition of inviting the congressional delegation to deliver an address while it’s in session.
