Sen. Katie Britt touts key defense funding to benefit Alabama weapons manufacturers  - The Troy Messenger

U.S. Sen. Katie Britt is among those supporters of the Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26) Department of Defense (DODD) Appropriations Act, which would see more than $851 billion in discretionary spending for America’s defense capabilities.  The bill recently passed through the Senate Committee on Appropriations, which Britt is a member of.
