Sen. Chris Murphy says "only way" to end shutdown is "to have two parties" negotiating
Sen. Chris Murphy, Democrat of Connecticut, told "Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan" that as Republicans have accused Democrats of refusing to come to the table on the shutdown, "Republicans are boycotting negotiations" with the House on recess. "The only way you can solve a shutdown is to have two parties that are in Washington negotiating," he said.
