It will be attended by the consul of Venezuela in Uruguay, Pedro Sassone; the president of the PIT-CNT, Marcelo Abdala; and international jurists Claudia Rocca (Argentina), Enrique Santiago (Spain) and Ismael Blanco (Uruguay).
