Self-styled 'Anglo Jihadi' guilty of planning attack on shopping centre
- On Monday, Jordan Richardson, 21, a Muslim convert from Howden, East Yorkshire, was convicted of planning a bomb and chemical attack after being caught with a mustard gas recipe in his rucksack.
 - He converted the day after Ramadan last year and rapidly embraced extremist material, adopting online names Abu Bakr al Aziz and Anglo Jihadi to spread Islamic State content.
 - Police seized handwritten notes with attack instructions and a second note containing a potentially fatal mustard gas recipe during the arrest on 19 December last year.
 - He was convicted of multiple terrorism offences, including one count of preparing for acts of terrorism, and Mrs Justice Cheema-Grubb ordered reports ahead of his sentencing next month on December 15.
 - Detective Chief Superintendent James Dunkerley warned that Richardson was inspired by Islamic State propaganda and was stopped before anyone was harmed after suggesting Meadowhall shopping centre as a target in November.
