The Tehran Prosecutor's Office announced: In order to compensate for the damages and to secure the rights of the plaintiff banks, more than 16 tons of property, both movable and immovable, from the main defendant in the Chai Dabash case - Akbar Rahimi - have been seized and have been objectively settled with the claims of the plaintiff banks, or the proceeds from their sale have been deposited into the banks' accounts.

The Tehran prosecutor announced the seizure of more than 16 million hemat of property belonging to Akbar Rahimi, the main defendant in the Chai Dabesh case, and the full settlement of the claims of 4 banks, and said that 20 defendants in the case have been referred to prison.
