- Plateau State Commissioner of Police Bassey Ewah condemned the killings as "senseless," announcing deployment of additional tactical teams and mobile police units to restore calm in Barkin Ladi.
- Community member Weng Christopher described the situation as "alarming," while The Berom Youth Moulders Association, through Publicity Secretary Rwang Tengwong, urged security agencies to intensify protection efforts across vulnerable communities.
