One arrested in Tucson police recruit killing as two suspects remain wanted
Investigators have arrested one of three people wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a Tucson police recruit, while the search continues for two others. Santiago Jorge Rogers, 39, was taken into custody without incident at a hotel near Irvington and Palo Verde roads after the Pima Regional SWAT Team and Fugitive Investigations Unit served a first-degree murder warrant.
