GRAY, Tenn. (WJHL) — Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee will host a food drive at the Appalachian Fair on Tuesday. Donations can be dropped off from 3 - 10 p.m. at the Appalachian Fairgrounds in Gray.
