Second guilty plea in Media mail theft case

The second of four men accused of stealing mail from Media mailboxes last summer has pleaded guilty for his role in the scheme. Utibe Bassey, 21, formerly of Sicklerville, N.J., entered a negotiated guilty plea before Common Pleas Court judge Richard Cappelli to theft of mail and conspiracy to theft of mail, both first-degree misdemeanors.
