SEC trial for ‘$37M crypto fraud by Bermuda’s Arbitrade & Canada’s Cryptobontix’ starts on Monday - OffshoreAlert

More than six years after Bermuda's Arbitrade Ltd. was exposed by OffshoreAlert, four of its principals, Canadian Troy Hogg and U.S. nationals James Goldberg, Stephen Braverman, and Max Barber, will go on trial at federal court in Miami on July 28th in a civil complaint by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that they perpetrated a $37 million crypto-based securities fraud.
