SEC Recommends Vaccinating Children Against Measles

In light of recent measles outbreaks among children in the southern part of the state, specifically in Ciudad Obregón, the Ministry of Education and Culture (SEC) is urging parents to have their children vaccinated against the skin disease. Froylán Gámez Gamboa, head of the SEC, indicated that although the number of infections is low, it is important to ensure that children are protected against measles.
