Environment Minister Martin Šebestyán (for the SPD) said that he wants four billion from the state budget for water management in 2027. He recalled that this amount was agreed upon in 2018, when the Coalition against Drought was being formed. He added that from 2028 it will also be possible to use the funds that his ministry is currently spending on forest restoration after the bark beetle disaster. The program was moderated by Daniel Takáč.
