Search for World War II-era explosives pauses plans for St. Joseph Center at Burns Park | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

Plans by St. Joseph Center of Arkansas to establish its new home at North Little Rock's Burns Park have been thrown into disarray after a city panel voted to halt the project pending a review of the site to check for unexploded World War II-era ordnance, the center's director said.
