Seal Surfaces at the Gentpoort in Bruges: “Exceptional, but for Now We Are Leaving Him Alone”

A remarkable scene unfolded on Tuesday around 8 p.m. at the Gentpoort in Bruges. A seal suddenly appeared swimming there, and according to Sea Life, was even calmly devouring a small fish. “For the time being, he is doing well there, and we expect him to simply swim back to the sea on his own. But so close to the center of Bruges, that is certainly exceptional,” says Sea Life.
