Sea turtle conservation reinforced with mass release in Nicaragua

The Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources, MARENA, reports that from Thursday 9th to Sunday, January 12th, Guardians of Protected Areas and Officers of the Nicaraguan Army released 176,980 turtles of the Paslama species born in the white sand of the La Flor Wildlife Refuge Beach, located in the municipality of San Juan del Sur, Rivas.
