GEORGE TOWN: Police have successfully busted an online scratch-and-win scam syndicate believed to be masterminded by Chinese and Cambodian nationals following a raid on three bungalows used as their operations centre in Teluk Kumbar on September 22. State Police Chief Datuk Dennis Lim Kwang Keng said that in the raid, a total of 29 suspects, all Chinese nationals, were arrested.
