SCOTTSBORO, Ala. (WHNT) — On Thursday evening, the City of Scottsboro invited members of the community to help welcome home injured Police Officer Lt. Derek Porch. Police said that Porch was shot on Saturday, July 26, by Daniel McCarn following a domestic call and a chase.
