Scottish Parliament Suspends All Voting over Microsoft Outage

- The Parliamentary Bureau met and agreed to suspend voting for the session, delaying further business, and Alison Johnstone, Presiding Officer, said she would update the chamber at 7pm with a view to resuming business.
- Downdetector showed spikes across banks, retailers and gaming services, reporting significant outages at Royal Bank of Scotland, BT, Asda, and thousands of issues with Xbox, Minecraft, Azure, plus Heathrow.
