A 57-year-old man who was riding a motorized scooter was hospitalized in critical condition after he was struck by an intoxicated driver in Cumberland County on Monday, police said.The Salem resident was riding the scooter near Route 49 and South East Avenue in Bridgeton around 8:30 p.m. when he was hit by a vehicle driven by a 32-year-old Millville man, according to police.
