Scholar tracks uptick in Iran threats on diaspora, others question deporting official

Canada issued a visa to an Iranian regime official linked to Iran's soccer federation and then deported them to Tehran, a decision criticized by Members of Parliament.
University of the Fraser Valley professor Mark Kersten argued Canada should have prosecuted the Iranian official to prevent human rights abusers from entering Canada.
