PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A Scappoose woman who is accused of committing multiple child sex crimes turned herself in, authorities said. Carter Pace, 20, was indicted by a Columbia County grand jury on July 15 for eight counts of first-degree encouraging child sex abuse.
