All polling stations in the Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina were opened on time this morning, and the beginning of the election process is proceeding with minor technical difficulties, mainly in the application of new election technologies, said the president of the Election Commission of the Brčko District, Marko Tadić.
In the Brcko district, all 138 polling stations were open this morning, and problems with ballot scanners were reported at about a dozen, the president of the district's election commission, Marko Tadić, told Srna. Tadić confirmed that technical teams are on the ground to fix the malfunctions.
