A State College man who posed as a babysitter to access vulnerable children, has been sentenced to serve 30 years in federal prison for producing child porn.  Authorities say 30-year-old William Welsh used personal contacts two years ago to present himself as a babysitter, which allowed him to be alone with toddlers who were nonverbal, and or autistic.
