SBU and GUR ranked among the top four secret services in Europe according to L’ExpressSBU and GUR ranked fourth in the ranking of secret services in Europe by L’Express, scoring 77 points. Experts noted the resourcefulness of Ukrainian secret services and their complex operations.
The first place in the list of the best European intelligence agencies, compiled by the French "L'Express", was taken by the British MI6, the second - by the French DGSE, and the third - by the Dutch intelligence services. The Ukrainian SBU and HUR were in fourth position, ahead of the intelligence agencies of Germany, Poland, and Scandinavia. Lithuania is 18th on the list.
