This is reported by the Mitteldeutsche Zeitung (Dienstagausgabe) which appears in Halle on the basis of a draft law, which is to be decided by the cabinet on this Tuesday. It concerns the Landesbetrieb Bau- und Liegenschaftsmanagement (BLSA), which implemented construction works worth 227 million euros last year.
