On Sunday 1 June, around 150 caravans settled in Entrelacs, near Lake Bourget, on the grounds of a farmer. This is not the first time this has happened to her, she feels distraught. But in Savoie as elsewhere, the reception areas seem undersized for these gatherings.
Since Sunday 31 May, 250 caravans from a community of Travellers have settled on a field belonging to Monique Bouvier. Without solutions, the farmer has launched an internet call on Thursday 4 June to presidential candidates in 2027.
