Hello! In the Kitchen with Sharon this week is my friend Patricia Nichols. I was glad to get this recipe. I know everyone will have lots of zucchini with all this rain we are having. I am always looking for zucchini recipes as not only do I have a lot, but I love them. This dish goes well with anything as a side dish or even with a hamburger on the grill.
