Even the long arm of the law wasn’t enough to thwart a crafty seagull who swooped down to steal lunch from an unsuspecting officer.  In a social media post Saugeen Shores police said it was investigating a noon-hour theft on High Street in Southampton. “On June 24, Detective Sgt.
