Saudi group to rehabilitate Khartoum refinery, build Port Sudan facility

Sudan and a Saudi investment group have signed a memorandum of understanding to rehabilitate the Khartoum oil refinery and build a new large-capacity refinery in Port Sudan, Sudanese state news agency SUNA reported.
