Saudi Arabia has partially restored operations of its east-west oil pipeline that bypasses the Strait of Hormuz after a drone attack on September 10 shut down the key export route. The pipeline is currently carrying 3.5 million barrels of oil per day, half of its total capacity of 7 million barrels per day, Bloomberg reports.
