Saratoga resident’s personal information stolen to get a student loan

July 14 Stolen/Recovered Vehicle: Someone stole a vehicle, which was left unlocked with the keys inside it, from the O’Reilly Auto Parts parking lot on Prospect Road. The vehicle, valued at approximately $8,000, was later located abandoned in Cupertino.
