SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (KEYT) – On Sunday, the Santa Barbara Kite Festival took flight from the 'Great Meadow' here in Santa Barbara. Unfortunate weather delayed the festival by a week, but that only built up anticipation for the beloved family-friendly event's 40th anniversary.
