The French pharmaceutical giant sells the anticoagulant Lovenox and three production sites of this medicine to Cheplapharm. In return, it enters the capital of the German company.

Sanofi and Cheplapharm have been cooperating since 2014, and in the future the French will hold more than a quarter of the shares of the Greifswald pharmaceutical subgroup. Cheplapharm will receive 20 Sanofi pharmaceutical brands and will take over three factories.
