Sandy Springs approves North River redevelopment incentives

Sandy Springs City Council members are setting the stage for what they predict will be a “catalytic” redevelopment of the North River Shopping Center on Roswell Road. The council approved a $4.3 million incentives package for Woodfield Development at its Aug. 18 meeting, advancing the developer’s plans to replace the aging commercial center with a mixed-use neighborhood.
